Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations happen and plans may need to change. To respect the time reserved for each client and support my small business, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations/Reschedules: No fee with 24+ hour notice
• No-Shows: Will be charged full amount of the scheduled service
• Late Arrivals: Please message me if you’re running late. A grace period may be provided depending on the service scheduled
• Guests: Extra guests are welcome, but please let me know ahead of time if someone will be accompanying you
